Mr. President,

Do not condemn the Somali people, who have endured for many years a regime without legitimacy, led by incompetent and corrupt rulers.

The day Somalis are allowed to freely express themselves under the universal rules of Democracy — “One man, one vote” — they will choose the path of future and renewal, embodied today by Abshir Aden Ferro.

Somalia 🇸🇴 will then regain its rightful place in the community of nations.
